Just arrived to Dallas

Finally made the leap of faith and arrived in Dallas to do more investing. Wasn't fun doing it from Cali. But first we need to find a place for ourselves. Looking in Frisco, Plano, RIchardson area. with rent, lease-option, or buy for the right property. have a rottweiller (friendly and only 2 yrs old). or possibly rowlett/sunnyvalle area.

3/2, good school district for jr high/high school. near gymnastics studios.

Hey Percy N. Carrollton is a nice area. I've sold a few homes in Carrollton to owner occupants. There may be some flips there yet the investors in currently working with are not looking there.
