I am A CPA interested in fix and flip

I am a CPA in Brooklyn NY.  Over the course of years I have turned my practice in to an outsourced full charge bookkeeper and controller services Co.

As my wife basically manages the whole operation  I have been dabbling in the shared  office co working business.

However I have very strong interest in entering the fix and flip arena.  I believe that getting investors is not my challenge but how to get below market deals is where I struggle and that is where I need to focus my time now.

If anyone has any suggestions advice or direction id love to hear from you.

Respectively
