I have found myself, unintentionally, owning a condo now being leased. The property is located in another state so, I thought I would try a property management company.
Now that I am in real estate as an investment I have become interested in learning as much as I can. Not sure how I came across Bigger pockets but the material has been very educational and I love the method described to layout the business plan. This is certainly helping my thought process in developing a strategy. I can tell that it will some method of a hybrid approach.
Not sure what direction I will go but am looking forward to this new entrepreneurial adventure. I am planning on getting a real estate license as another tool to have in my wheelhouse.
Looking forward to interacting with this investment community.
