Hi! I'm a young landlord. Just bought my first rental property about 2 years ago. Had a very lax policy with tenants but decided to get more serious about it. Went to Google to find some information and kept finding so many great articles from Bigger Pockets that I decided to join. Definitely am interested in investments in general and learning from seasoned investors. Looking forward to what this site and its members have to offer and hopefully one day I can be a great contributor as well! :)
