Hello to everyone, my name is Brian(Woody)Woodworth and I reside in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. Yes I am a NEWBIE and have never completed any kind of real estate deal, actually I found Biggerpockets by doing research on one of the so called GURU's and so glad I stumbled on this site, so I have already got some great info and a start to the education process. I am looking to do my first rehab and flip or buy and hold deal in my local area. Look forward to learning more from the community.
