I'm Josie, a new investor looking to wholesale vacant properties and single family homes in my area. I began learning about investing 2 months ago and I'm ready to take action. I would love to partner with an investor in the St Louis, MO area on my first deal and others. Please let me know if you would like to partner with me or any advice is greatly appreciated.
