Newbie Trying to Learn the Ropes in Wholesaling, Flipping and RE

Hello All...

My name is Tania and I am looking to learn any and every way to start a business in Wholesaling, Flipping and eventually all types of Real Estate. I have a few years under my belt working at a real estate office/Property management company a few years back in New York. I currently own an in-home daycare in Fredericksburg VA so I am looking to start asap!
