Wholesaler from St. Louis Missouri Metro Area

Hi,

I am Mike Krigbaum. I’ve been a free member of Bigger Pockets for a couple of years and finally decided it was time to upgrade to Pro.

My work area is within St. Louis metro area. I really like working out of the St. Charles county area, but am willing to do deals anywhere within about 50 miles of the St. Peters area. I DO want to stay in Missouri at this time because I am not familiar with wholesaling in Illinois at this time.

At the beginning of 2013 I was out of a job and decided to become a Real Estate Investor. However it was not until I teamed up with a couple of Wholesalers a few months ago that I realized what my niche was.

Back when I was in my early twenties, a buddy & I went out bought a couple of houses and rehabbed them. Somewhere in my thirties I began hanging drywall as a part time job as well as electrical work, plumbing and rough carpentry.

In 2016 I did my first Wholesale transaction. Within a month I had completed 3 wholesale deals and now I am hooked.

I would like to be able to find properties to fix and hold for passive income or wholesale out if I do not want to take the time with them.

Wishing you all Great Investing!
