Hello Folks!  Matthew here, new member to BP.  I heard about this site through a few Podcasts and enjoying it so far.

My partner and I, both Temple University Graduates, class of 09" have been developing real estate in Philadelphia for a little over a year focusing on new construction and vacant land.  Slowing expanding our experience from home building to mixed use rentals.  We are both in our late 20's and trying to learn as much as we can from the veterans.  I have a business / marketing / finance background while my partner has construction, engineering, and project management background.

Looking forward to seeing what we can pick up and utilizing the nice tools on the site.

Cheers!
