Hello BP World, 

I am Tony from the LA area. Been interested in real estate investing for some time, but have never done any. Now I am more serious. Have a brokers license, but haven't used it for awhile. So if you have any ideas...Now looking to build a portfolio of cash flow investments for "retirement." Better late than never as they say.
