Hello all. I'm new to BP but have been in real estate for over a decade now. When I'm not at home with the fam or checking my email I'm doing something real estate related. Either looking at properties, getting ideas for design, collaborating with others on new or potential projects or just trying to get creative to make a deal happen. I have banking and lending experience since I came from the corporate world, where I use to where a suit and tie everyday(no mo!). I've also been a broker and owned my own real estate company(not everyone is cut out to be a realtor). I've renovated, designed and sold(flip is the term that most use)a good amount of homes and I have wholeselling experience(That's our byproduct of having too much inventory and not enough man power). There's still more experience to list but we'll save that for another post. I'm in the Foothills area of LA but we do a lot of business everywhere in SoCal. Just wanted to say "yo" and connect with others to hear your stories and or problems. Thanks guys
