My name is Jeremiah and I'm new to BP but have been addicted to real estate for the past few years. I like most got interested by watching random hgtv flipping shows and such. I currently own 1 rental townhouse that made me a solid chunk of equity and am closing on the second in less than a month. I am hoping to keep doing the brrr strategy to build up my rental portfolio. I have found the hardest part so far is just finding properties that are worth the investment, so this is where I'm focusing on learning more and I must say I love the podcast for my 30 min commute! I am currently working full time as a leasing specialist for a large apartment complex. Prior to working in property management I worked in the automotive business as a technician to service writer for the majority of my working life. My father owns a small drywall business so naturally I have done drywall with him off and on and a 2nd job, and been going to work with him since I was little. I have been to one "meet up" for pine finical recently and I enjoyed it. I was hoping to go to that last BP meet up group but it was full, I will definitely be making the next one. I'm looking for like minded people that I can meet with and just talk or listen to. Hope this message turned out ok, it was written from a iPhone!
