Hello from San Diego!

Hi everyone my name is Sean Schexnydre, 30 years old and actually came across this community via their podcast. I've been involved in real estate in 1 form or another for about 12 years now, basically since I graduated high school. Currently I am a realtor although not very active, helping friends and family when the opportunity arises. My family runs a real estate development company and we specialize in commercial developing and leasing to government entities mainly in the Inland Empire. In 2014 I finished my degree in finance and decided to switch my focus from real estate to finance and currently operate as a Financial Consultant with AXA Advisors.

I've been in a number of more advanced techniques involving real estate investing via the family business but have not yet done any investing on my own and wanted to get started. I was impressed with the discussions on the podcast and thought I'd join in the conversation here and looking forward to getting to you know all of you.
