Hi every one.

I'm new here and to real estate investing, and I want to wish everybody here much luck for anything they need.

I'm 27, married (and expecting), and i'm hoping to start investing in real estate ASAP.

I work as a constuction carpenter building decks, pergolas and small vacation units. So I have some idea about the real estate business in terms of construction. I'd be happy to answer any quetions about carpentry and more.

So very excited to join this community, hoping we can help each other be successful.

I'm now reading the Ultimate's beginners guide, and I'm learning a lot thanks to BPs.

I feel like i'm mostly intrested in small appartment buildings with a buy and hold strategy while.

What books or education would you suggest for me?

Thanks.

Oriel
