My husband and I are focused on real estate investment properties in the Tampa area including Brandon, Lutz, Valrico, Riverview, New Tampa, and others. We work with investors interested in flipping homes for profit, purchasing homes as rental properties for income, and conducting market analysis to determine ARV prior to purchase. We are looking to expand our network and learn more about real estate investing. We know this market well as we are both Tampa natives and have lived and sold properties in multiple locations in the area.
