Hello BP!

I am a Realtor and investor from Bozeman Montana.  I initially found BP through the podcast which has not only been an invaluable educational resource, but also fantastically motivating.  I am here primarily to soak up knowledge from seasoned investors, and begin making connections for future business.  I am currently working with an investor group looking to develop/renovate high end rentals to hold long term.  Personally, I am looking to invest in C and B properties in the path of progress, and transition/rehab those properties into B+ rentals.  I am very excited to join your thriving community, and look forward to the opportunities that lie ahead.
