I work a lot with investors, having negotiated and closed everything from single family homes (buy and hold, flips, rehab), to commercial properties, to new construction, to land acquisitions, to entire multi-million dollar luxury townhome and single family home communities all over the greater Atlanta area.  When not closing deals, I like to jog, hike, and enjoy the great outdoors!
