Hi everyone! 

My name is Ryan and I'm 31 years old and I'm learning a ton from that wonderful BP podcast. I'm new to the real estate investing world.

I've been in Los Angeles for about 6 years now, I came here from Las Vegas for graduate school. I'm currently in the midst of becoming a licensed architect. 

I'm hoping to invest in a 'house hack' duplex here in LA sometime in the near future. Until then, I'm just soaking in as much information as possible.
