I am a graduate of Thaddeus Stevens Technical College and have done it all, from fire and water damage to high end additions. Over the years I have mastered every phase and aspect of residential construction. Structural and basement proofing certified and have been selling different home improvement products and services.Most recently have ran several total rehabs and ready to start my own projects and have a lot to offer a partner on a project or a home owner who wants to improve their property for limited or unlimited funds. Your imagination is my only restraint and can consult on all interior and exterior products saving the home owner not only thousands of dollars but valuable time with the things that really matter and not a sales pitch. I am looking for  investors to partner in projects. I am always looking for a long term relationship to foster financing and holding a solid deal. When  choosing the contractor you can crush  or sweat a deal out and who needs the extra stress especially when it's taking extra days or a few weeks and profit flowing out your pocket.
