Hi All,

My name is Andrew. I'm 23 and currently working as a project manager for my family's business (construction industry). 

My partner and I are interested in SFR & MFR in the greater Philadelphia area. We prefer to start local and look to expand in other out of state markets once comfortable.

Looking forward to connect with other investors and start our real estate venture.
