Hello everyone on the BP forums. My name is David, I'm 22 years old and I work as a technician for AT&T me and my fiancé are currently in the market for our first home and the experience has made me really excited about real estate. I was first looking to buying a house in Los Banos last year around this time and just one year later the same houses are now about 30-50k more than they were. Seeing that and knowing that both of my parents have made made over 200k in real estate each without even trying is what has me taking a serious look into investing now. I'm young and I figure when is better to start than now! If anyone is local and willing to point me in the right direction I'd really appreciate it!
