Hi,

My name is Shelia Waltower.  I live in Stone Mountain, GA.  I love spending time with my family, friends, and dogs.  I love nature and traveling.  As for real estate, I want to create monthly income to prepare for retirement.  I am a real estate agent but want to focus on personal investing.  I have had as many as 13 rental properties before the recession but now I only have one.
