Hello, 

I'm currently wrapping up a career as a firefighter in the area, and will have a nice sum of cash when I muster out, plus a good pension.  I'm looking for ways to invest the funds to provide additional income, while protecting my principal, and real estate seems to be the best option. 

So, I'm basically here to learn as much as possible, and hopefully make some good connections, in preparation for my departure from my current career.  I hope to find ways to contribute as well, and look forward to many new relationships.  Feel free to reach out.
