New To RE from South Carolina

Hi everyone! Just wanted to introduce myself and give a little background. Im new to RE and learning everything I can in all areas possible. I am a member of Charleston REIA, and am mentoring with Robert Woodruff the head of NAREIA. I am currently taking a RE course with John Cochran 2x a week.
