Finding HML

Hi there, I'm new to BiggerPockets, however I've completed deals before. I currently have a property that I purchased with my own cash and am looking for HML to assist with the rehab. My intention is to flip. How can I find HML willing to work with new BiggerPockets member?

Thanks James. Yes, that is exactly the issue I am running into. The amount is too small. The equity is certainly there, but the amount seems to be a deterring factor. Of course, I could request more than is necessary, and pay it all back sooner than later, but I like to keep things being done the right way. I'd prefer to be open and honest about everything with the HML's. I don't give up easily, nonetheless. I intend to get a HML to finance the rehab and I am positive it'll happen sooner than later. Positive thinking only!
