Hello Everyone,

I am new to the real estate flipping game. I bought my first property late November 2015. It is finally almost done after 50k of rehab, and 6 months of issues that were mostly due to the crazy demands of the city. This first deal was a test run to see if I enjoyed the process, and I have determined that investing is for me. I put myself in the hands of people who walk their clients through the entire investing process and already have systems in place. I would like to become more self reliable when it comes to the whole investment process. I look forward to learning from those kind enough to share their knowledge.
