Hello, My Name is Michael Brady like a lot of you I read Rich Dad Poor Dad several years ago. I was sill in high school as a result I bought my first condo when I was 19. Sounds good accept that was in 2007. I later lost that condo due to bad decisions not the economy. I have since turned my situation around. I own another condo out right we are looking to sell (since we can not rent it out) and use the reserves as a down on a new primer and for making my first deal. I would like like to gain long term wealth first from real estate but also wouldn't mind replacing my income. I should say from a driving factor stand point that neither of my parents have ever owned anything and being a father with two amazingly awesome children I would like to give them opportunity's to experience life.

@Alex Chin and @Paul Timmins. Thank you for your replies. Alex for the long game I am mostly interested in buy and hold. Though I would be interested in doing a couple successful flips just for experience and alittle cash reserves. Paul I am using several of those resources but I appreciate you listing them all because  I haven't seen all of them. At this moment I am using the community to gain insight once I am moved into our new place I will start asking the real questions about certain deals and long term growth strategies.
