Hello Everyone,     I am new to BiggerPockets as well as formal real estate investing.  Much like most newbies I have been reading and taking in as much education as possible for the past year.  I am excited to be out looking for properties to get started on.  Of course there are deals out there to be found.  So far I am finding BiggerPockets helpful and informative.  I am certain that I am just touching the tip of the iceberg so far.
