I'm really excited about being part of BiggerPockets.  I have been in the game of real estate investing since I was 22 (I'm 26 now).  My friend who isn't in the game yet has told me about these podcasts and I'm hooked.  I've listened to 4 Podcasts today alone.

I have a small portfolio of Single family homes and Duplexes mainly with a couple slightly larger unit properties.  So far I am highly leveraged, making very small amounts of monthly cashflow, but building equity and local bank relationships.  I'm excited about the wealth of knowledge this forum/ group has to offer.  I want to get into bigger deals outside my local area.  Everything I have right now is local and I feel a bit trapped.

Thanks for having me!
