I recently moved back to Atlanta specifically to do real estate investing.  I have owned properties here in the past an know the market well.  I am currently looking at leads and and I am in search of a private lender because the one I know in FL doesn't lend in GA.  Once I obtain a lender I will begin buying properties.  I would love to speak to my local investors!!!
