Hey BP community!

I have been a long time lurker here.  I live in the Northern Virginia area.  Currently, I'm concentrating my efforts in finding and analyzing deals.  I purchased both of J Scotts books, and Rental Property Investing by Mr. Turner.  I'm looking forward to being an active member here, and doing may due diligence!
