Hi all,

I wanted to introduce myself to the community. My name is Giovanny Alfonso and I'm from Miami, FL. I've been reading as much as possible over the past year and looking to begin investing in SFHs and small beach condos. My goal is to eventually become financially independent in 15-20 years. Its a tough market to be in since prices are so high and cash is king here. Either way I'm excited learn some more and finally get started.

Professionally, I'm a residential loan originator with Regions Mortgage here in Miami. I'm excited to get involved and help answer questions regarding financing.
