I am a Certified Property Manager, (CPM) working in Knoxville, TN. I have been in the real estate property management field for over 30 years. I am an real estate broker in Iowa and a affiliate real estate agent in Tennessee.

I have managed all types of real estate property including: residential single-family houses, multi-family complexes, (private, section 8, tax credit), and retail and office facilities including high rises in Chicago.

Presently, I am employed as the real estate investment analyst at Woody Creek Realty, L.L.C. in Knoxville, TN.

My goal is to utilize all advantages of BiggerPockets to expand my expertise and knowledge and help others.
