Hello All,

I have come to BP to begin educating myself as I begin what I hope to be a profitable adventure in real estate. I am a welder by day and while I enjoy it very much I'd like to not be doing it until I'm 65. I would like to employ a combination of flipping and buy and hold and potentially dabble in some wholesaling.  I welcome any tips or advice as I begin my journey.
