hello everyone, my name is Christian. REI was introduced to me by a fellow BP member and good friend, I didn't give it much thought until I read the infamous "Rich dad, poor dad" book. I became hooked immediately and have just finished the low to no money down book from BP. I'm interested in wholesaling, single family and small multi family buy and hold,and house hacking. My goal is to start my wholesale adventure in the next two months and purchase a duplex to rehab and house hack by November. I'd love any feed back from anyone at all, and also love to get connected with some Western New York investors.

I can't wait tohear from all of you and become one step closer at reaching my goals!
