Hello All,

I don't exactly know where I fall into on the newbie barometer, but this is my first post, so I figured this is a good place to start.  I am in my mid-20s and am a RE Lawyer in NYC (about 2 years of experience).  I have worked on a large variety of deals, including single family buy/sell, multifamily buy/sell, major commercial buy/sell, refis, coop/condo etc. (along with some trust and estates and corporate work).  I live and breathe RE and would like to eventually move to the other side of the table as an investor.  Working in this field and seeing the deals first hand has been a tremendous asset for me, but there are many more aspects that I would like to learn about.

I look forward to meeting, hearing and (hopefully) even working with you.

RM
