Hi, everyone! My name is Joe. I have lived in South Florida since 1979. I am a physical fitness enthusiast, having worked out most of my adult life. I was a front desk manager at various Fort Lauderdale Beach hotels for many years. Along the way (in 1990) I obtained my real estate license. I bought, rented, and sold three homes and tried to work part-time in real estate until I retired in 2009 from the hotel business. My ultimate goal is to work with property investors and manage their properties and my own.
