Portland Oregon area looking to learn, earn and add value

Hello all,

I'm a civil engineer in the Portland area. I've recently began educating myself on the real estate world and would like to begin building my portfolio.

I currently own one rental house in Oregon which has been a positive start for me for the past few years. I'm now looking to learn, target, research and be involved in deals.

At the moment, multi family properties seem to make the most sense to me and they have my full attention. I'm looking to learn and experience as much as I can as fast as we can do it (wisely!).

To wrap this up, I'm extremely coachable and a strategic thinker. I like to prepare for all scenarios and have a backup plan for most every situation. It must be the engineer in me.

If you're near me or would like to talk more, let me know or shoot me a message. I'd like to meet others in the area with similar interests!

Thanks,

Bob
