New to the Orlando Area and Real Estate Investing

My wife and I are new to the Orlando area and to real estate investing.  We want to start flipping houses in the Orlando area.  There seems to be a high number of foreclosures here, including the house next to mine (also a flip).  I have been reading the book on  Flipping Houses by J. Scott, exploring around the Bigger Pockets website and listening to the podcast.  We are excited and motivated to get started and have the working capital to buy our first flip, but need a little help. Is there is anyone in Bigger Pockets Community in Orlando that has experience with this?  We would like to speak with you and hopefully we can learn from your experience and help in any way possible.  Thank you for  your time and we look forward to hearing from you.  Cheers, Al & Silviya Cromer.
