I'm currently working full time as an executive recruiter. I've always been interested in real estate investing and worked at Zillow for several years selling ads to realtors where I got to learn a little bit more about the industry from the inside. Interested in learning how to purchase my first single family home (probably in the midwest but I'm not sure) and assess the risks involved (especially how to buy in markets in other states).
