Looking to Master Multifamily

Hello Biggerpockets Nation! My name is Adam, I'm a 24 year old Sales Manager currently working in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. I am currently in the process of saving up to make a down payment (25-30 percent) on a property (preferably a duplex) where I would be one of the tenants. Currently I have no debt, and am looking to learn so I can be prepared within the next year. The concept of having a tenant pay down on my mortgage is enticing, and I am coming to this site to soak in as much information in this next year as possible so that I am prepared for success. I really am driven to one day have my own real estate secondary business and I believe that Cuyahoga county is a great place to start. My thought process is that if I can keep my living expenses low and increase my day job income, I should have enough money saved to make a splash on a multi family apartment building in my late 20s to early 30s. Please feel free to reach out and connect and if anyone would ever like to grab a bite (on me) and let me pick your brain about our local market, I'd be grateful.
