Introduction, and umber of potential listings prior to RE license

Hello Everyone!

I'm excited to be posting here on BP - I really like all of the advice, and I think BP is a great resource for everyone!

I decided to get my RE license here in WA state, and in the past week (since I decided), I have found two and a half potential listings (one seller/buyer, one seller, and another seller 6 mos off). None of these folks had spoken to an agent yet.

I found these by 'driving for listings' - garage sales on Sat and Sun. I spent about 6 hours total.

I am wondering if this is fluke, or if it's a reasonable (if not lucky) approximation of input. I should add that I don't expect it to be like this all the time (or even monthly).

Thanks, everyone!

Douglas
