Salt Lake investor, jumping in quickly

Hello,

I've been on these forums for a while but I see I never made an intro post.  I'm in the Salt Lake area and am trying to grab a property for house hacking and paying for the thing with roommates.  I'm getting pre-approvals right now and looking around the valley for places close to the city.  I've been doing research on real estate investing for a long time now, but I'm finally getting into gear.

I'm going to keep an eye out for Salt Lake investor meetups.
