Hey,

New to REI, and about to close on my first property ever in Wilmington, CA. Always been interested in REI, done my reading and research but like most unfortunately I need to learn by experience from the field. Hoping to learn a lot more here on BP and to make my first purchase which will be a duplex owner occupy a success. Over the years I hope that I gain the knowledge required to be successful in REI and to pass on my knowledge to others.
