Hello My name is Brad Meyer and I currently live in Dallas, TX.  I used to be a real estate agent who specialized in selling commercial real estate.  I moved out of the real estate industry to try out oil and gas - which has been a great career but have always loved real estate.  I'm ready to switch gears and start investing in single family houses, specifically by building equity from flipping houses and then eventually roll that into a buy and hold strategy.
