Investor in Southeast Pennsylvania
Hello all!
My name is Jon Pacitto, I'm extremely new to the real estate investment market (ie. no purchases) and am interested in learning as much as I can about the basics of purchasing, rehabbing, and reselling homes as well as renting out homes I own. Thank you for any tips, feedback, and new information!
I'm currently looking for properties in the greater Philadelphia area as well as any potential rental markets slightly outside of Philadelphia. My goal for my wife and I is to own multiple homes by the time we are 30 and to be debt free by that same time. By the time we are 40 my goal is to be independent from any work other than managing the properties we own.
As we are both 23 I believe these are achievable goals and I am excited for any help with the right first steps to make these things happen. Thank you all!
