Hi everybody,

I'm new to this website and to real estate altogether! I have a steady job that could be a career if I want it to, but I'm looking into ways to supplement my income and possibly to work for myself. My dad got me interested by lending me a book by Ron LeGrand. He has a few different strategies, not all of which are applicable in Texas. Another program my dad looked into is the Real Wealth program by Christian McClatchey. I am here to do research and try to avoid spending all of my money or getting duped. I look forward to what I can learn here and hope this will get me going where I want to go!
