Hello,

I am a year away from graduating with a Computer Science degree in Arizona and currently work as a full stack developer. I am aspiring to purchase my first property in the near future. I have been learning some basics and the thought of house hacking a multi-family home or single family home appeals to me. My mission is to create passive income and help eliminate rent expenses.
