Hi, I am a relatively new investor in the metro Detroit Michigan area.  My company has 2 sales pending in Royal Oak and we have 6 currently under construction.  We are hoping to do at least another 10 flips this year.

Im excited to be a part of this community and to be able to leverage all the great info this site has to offer!
