Hello everyone, I am a residential and commercial builder in the Denver area. I do mostly residential work while currently trying to diversify in to more commercial work. I have been building Infill scrapes in Denver since 2011 and do quite a bit of remodel and flip work too. I am interested in learning more about financing my own projects and starting out in Buy/hold and rental worlds too.
